CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR HOLIDAYS, EASTER, LONG W/ENDS, PUB HOLIDAYS, NOMINATED DATES & SPECIAL EVENTS
there are NO cancellations and NO changes to bookings at anytime during peak periods or special event or nominated dates.
***CANCELLATIONS TO BE NOTIFIED PERSONALLY BY TELEPHONE (no email/fax)***
$30.00 Booking fee charged on ALL regular booking cancellations(outside of the above specified periods)
***Cancellation within 21 days of booked date will be charged IN FULL whilst every effort will be made to re-let the booking ONLY the re-let portion will be refunded(MINUS cancellation fee & any costs involved in the re-letting)
