Kitchen
KITCHEN: Meal preparation a breeze with your suitably equipped galley style kitchen! Four burner cook top with family size oven, fridge/freezer, microwave....all cooking utensils, crockery & cutlery supplied plus toaster, electric jug plus electric BBQ plate etc.etc.
Lounge/Dining
LOUNGE:opens with sliding door to a fenced courtyard for your exclusive use with picnic table & bench seats...very nice to attract evening sea breeze. The lounge offers two large sofas with TV Video & stero sound system plus open plan with dining table & six chairs, all of which are easily serviced from your kitchen as shown in the picture below.....just perfect for a small family vacation.

Bedrooms
MASTER BEDROOM: Queen bed with all linen supplied....sliding door to balcony for two with table & chairs, on a clear day you can see to Hastings! Full wall of built in robes. Linen, pillows & doona supplied.

2nd BEDROOM: one double bed with overhead single plus extra single bed also full wall of built-in robes. Linen, pillows & doonas supplied.
Bathroom/Laundry
BATHROOM/LAUNDRY: a spacious bathroom with single spa bath , free standing shower recess, vanity &  2nd toilet (there is one downstairs) also houses your front loading washing machine & dryer plus laundry basin. All in-house towels are supplied but you will need to bring your own BEACH TOWELS.
Deck Views
DECK VIEW & FRONT ENTRANCE: your view?? over the tree tops to the ocean as your Townhouse is located just metres from one of the best beaches on Phillip Island....a short stroll to the main shopping centre, take-aways restaurants, coffee shops & all town centre amenities, undercover parking at your front door.
Cancellation Policy


CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR HOLIDAYS, EASTER, LONG W/ENDS,
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS, NOMINATED DATES & SPECIAL EVENTS

BOOKINGS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. REFUNDS WILL BE MADE ONLY IF DATES ARE RE-BOOKED FOR THE SAME PERIOD & SAME TARIFF. ANY COSTS INCURRED IN SECURING A SUBSEQUENT BOOKING + CANCELLATION FEE OF $50 WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE DEPOSIT PAID WITH ....NO EXCEPTIONS

***Cancellation within 21 days of booked date will be charged IN FULL whilst every effort will be made to re-let the booking ONLY the re-let portion will be refunded(minus cancellation fee)
